Big Life Changes
Hellooo! Crikey, where do I even start...
Earlier this year my life changed quite a lot, hence the absence.
I wrote a long post on Instagram about it, so I'll bring it here to enlighten you...
LONG POST ALERT ✨📜 You have probably been wondering where I've been hiding... 🙈Truth be told, I lost my job 👎🏼~ due to redundancy & it kind of turned my world upside down. I liked my job & I hate change but I had no choice & I was totally out of my comfort zone.
I'm more of a suffer in silence person (British stiff upper lip & all that) so would rather deal with something on my own than air my dirty laundry online ~ it's just the kind of person I am. Believe it or not, I am quite private 🤫
So, I felt lost 🤷🏻♀️ I did not know which direction to head in. For a while I considered a completely different career path - something new, but I'm a creative person & I loved what I did 💚After being employed for almost ten years & after a lot of deliberation I took the step & decided to set up my own graphic design business 💻🛠🖋Design is my passion, something I'm good at, enthusiastic about & where I can express my creativity through my work every single day.
Since I found out the news I've been 'finding myself' 🔍 I've been helping people brand themselves for years now but creating your own brand, as a designer, is something else! It has been hard work 🤯Where to start? Do you really 'know yourself'? Until you sit down & really have to define you, to you? I don't think you do. It's been quite a process...
So, instead of running away from what I knew was going to be insanely hard work I stood up to the challenge head on & went for it 🤩💪🏻 I've been crafting & grafting, building & refining, imagining & creating & after some hard graft I'm proud to say, it's ready! 🛠⚙️🖋

A place to showcase work but also inspirational things that will be pleasing to the eye 😍🙌🏻 This will be a page for me to express myself creatively in other ways ~ in graphic, arty ways & also show you what else I have rolled up my sleeve ~ I'm much more than a country blogger. I've always had a love for all things mysterious, magical & vintage & I've combined them together to create my brand ✨🔮🖤
You will find out more about my creative process, ideology & everything I can do for you on my @magicworxdesign page 🖤🕯 So, apologies for being so absent on here... I have been hiding away refining & finding myself & crafting something that was only a pie in the sky idea 💭 I was forced into it but I feel like I've grown massively in such a short amount of time.
