Ah the great British countryside... It was super windy when I got my other half to come on a stroll with me to take these photos behind our house - It's always so windy at home (that's what you get when you live on high ground and you're surrounded by open fields - not complaining!).

The Windermere Gilet is a result of extensive feedback and testing from our shooting and riding customers. Made from an authentic and soft-touch suede with a synthetic-down fill, the Windermere is boasted as the only suede gilet on the market featuring a revolutionary DWR (Durable Water Repellent) membrane to bead liquids away. Lined with taffeta-silk and featuring a faux fur collar, the Windermere is an everyday, all-weather gilet designed to give you maximum movement, comfort and style.

Care
The Windermere Gilet is made from authentic suede leather and should therefore be spot-cleaned by hand using warm, soapy water when required. Allow to dry naturally. DWR Maintentance. The Windermere has a DWR membrane applied at the last stage of manufacturing giving it a water-repellent coat. With wear, this repellency will need to be replenished. This can be done with almost any general suede and leather waterproofer can be re-applied when necessary following the manufacturer's instructions.

What can I wear it with?
Clothing

I've teamed my gilets with some plain white jegging jeans and some striking red trousers - both offer quite a different look but both very 'country'. The gilets look fabulous over a fleece or jumper too.
